Welcome to Bhakti, a mobile application for devotional wallpapers, ringtones, alarm sounds, and related digital content, developed and operated by Shloka Dot Life Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Bhakti and its related services.

When you create or use a Bhakti account, we may collect:

Login Information

Bhakti currently supports:

• Mobile phone number and OTP
• Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, we may receive information made available through Google, such as your name, email address, profile information, and account identifier.

Profile Picture

You may optionally upload or select a profile picture/avatar for your Bhakti account. The image may be stored and displayed as part of your profile. We do not use your profile picture for facial recognition or biometric identification.

Device and Technical Information

We may automatically collect certain technical information needed to operate and secure the App, such as:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Device or app identifiers
• IP address
• Network information
• Technical and diagnostic information

Usage and Analytics Information

We may collect information about how you use Bhakti, including screens or features viewed, interactions with the App, and technical or performance information. We use this information to understand usage, improve the App, troubleshoot problems, and develop new features.

Notifications

3. Wallpapers, Ringtones and Alarm Content

• Bhakti allows you to download and save wallpapers, ringtones, alarm sounds, and other digital content to your device.
• Downloaded content may be stored locally on your device.
• We do not monitor or track which wallpapers, ringtones, or alarm sounds you personally set or use on your device.
• Bhakti does not collect your personal photos, videos, or audio files merely because you download or use our content.
• If you choose to upload a profile picture, that image is processed as described above.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Authenticate your identity;
• Provide and operate Bhakti;
• Provide digital content and features;
• Process and manage purchases and subscriptions;

We may receive information such as transaction IDs, payment status, subscription status, transaction amount, and transaction dates. We do not intend to collect or store complete payment credentials such as your full card number unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Bhakti, provide our services, process transactions, provide customer support, maintain security, or perform other functions on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, governmental authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect our users, Company, or others.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone commercial product.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, process transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Bhakti account through the account deletion functionality available within the App. When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, except information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law. Account deletion may permanently remove access to your account and account-associated information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Correct inaccurate information;

Service-related communications, such as OTPs, security notifications, account information, and important service updates, may still be sent when necessary to provide the Service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Third-Party Services
